Question for Hobbist and providers; I've signed up with an agency, and my photos have been posted on their agencies website for two weeks, and no clients have scheduled an appointment to see me, do you think this is because the hobbist are afraid to select me because I am totally new with no reviews?

That's a good posibility. Posting a link to your site when you post could help you get noticed.
You are probaly being over-looked for several possible reasons. One may be the site that you are posting on, some sites have more ripoffs posting to them than others. Another is that you are new without reviews, many hobbyists stay away from such providers although I tried a newbie two weeks ago and enjoyed the visit. Like the other poster suggested, post a link to your site with your posts. Another thing that you should do is join in on the discussion board for the city or region that you work in, be careful about what you post, all types of eyes are watching. Some members may PM you after some of the posts, exchange general get to know information with them. You can check hobbists out here by going to escort reviews and checking the reviews that they have under their username, sty away from no reviews or low numbers. You can also check out reviews for some of the providers that those hobbyist saw. Once you are comfortable you can set up time with them.
I think you should get a new agency. Guys like new girls and so for the first week you should be flooded with calls... I'm speaking from personal experience. Seriously consider getting a new agency or working independently.
From what I have seen agencies do not always have the best reputations, if you are with one, find a way to look into reviews of other girls with the same agency and general talk of said agency (the later can maybe be done with a keyword search over an extended time on both your local and general boards.
Next learn which boards are more popular in your area, (yes i may get my buttox kicked for this but there are several others that are oriented to specific reagons) plost there and of course on your local board here if there is not a local board post on other cities.
scan through the national in search of and see if someone in your area is looking for you but does not know u are there
next maybe post a general introcuction on boards to the extent of "Hi, i am ______ new to these boards and the hobby and I would love to get some pointers on how and where to proceed
finaly if you have the time start going into the chats on ter they are great
you may choose to lurk at first reading what others have to say etc... but in time let your personality come out and make a few friends
oh also once you start getting reviews i hear it can be great if you can ge ok to host a tuesday pm chat
