"Country" is a euphemism I'm not familiar with.

Used in Brian Eno's: The Seven Deadly Finns (a song about prostitutes).

In an on line discussion group he terms it a euphemism for masturbation.

By the way, as far as I know, the song is only availiable on a very rare pirated recording which I came by one day.
