...already have a review here on TER. If one of your clients has submitted a review of his time with you and TER admin has approved and posted it then your TER ID# will be on the upper left of the profile he made for you just under your provider name. If you don't have a review here on TER then you don't have a TER ID#.
Now read the link I've placed below for a longer explanation and other information about how TER works. I know it's long but all of it is useful and pertinent to you. It's addressed to someone with questions similar to yours.
