You need to search first for providers who may fill both you and your female partner's wishes... then check their websites thoroughly... many providers will entertain couples, the domination is a bit more difficult, but it is out there if you look.

There are ladies that will see female clients (note Mr sgandolfs mentioned ladies that will see couples...that is a bit different than a lady that will see a woman one on one...if it is one on one you are asking about, my answer would apply mostly to that).

The first step would probably be getting TER VIP membership, that way you can do a search for "really bi".  This will provide a bit of information...but is far from a clear indication that a lady will see a woman client.

After finding ladies that pique your interest via the "really bi" search, go to their web sites, and look for FAQs or other mentions of the lady entertaining women. Some will mention men and couples, but will specifically say not women, or not mention women as clients at all.  

If they do not have any mention on their site about this, an email or call of inquiry asking if they would be willing to have female clients, or will entertain a woman should do the trick...but be prepared to get a lot of "no" replies from ladies that have "really bi" listed in their profiles ("really bi" is really subjective, and often not anywhere near the truth...since there can be an extra point earned on reviews if a lady claims to be "really bi", and there are so few women that seem to come to TER [as clients] it usually works in a lady's favor to say she is "really bi" even if she really isn't...and of course there are those that really are "bi", but just won't see women).

Then once you have found some ladies that say they would be willing to see a female client...be prepared for the posibility of "special" screening...which can include you having to send her a picture of you.

Many ladies will openly state that whereas they can be attracted to a man's personality, intellect, sense of humour, etc, they have to be physically attracted to women.  There have even been a couple ladies that posted on the general board that the only way they could (would) see a female client is if the woman were someone that she would be attracted to enough to "date" in her personal life (owww...you have to meet stardard of someone she would see for free before she will allow you to pay to see her...guys this is the point where you realise how lucky you are sometimes. *grin*)

This certainly isn't all ladies, but it does happen.

So, there is the long and short of it...search for  "really bi" in profiles, then from her website or email inquiry find out if she will see women, then perhaps go through some special screening (in, of course, addition to the regular screening that all clients go through)...but yes, there are ladies that will entertain women clients it just takes a bit more work to find them.

As for the domination portion of your question...same answer as above, but in your initial search add the option of S&M.
