What to do about a fake bad review?

I am new to the business and have several very good reviews already but today I met with a gentleman that was new to meeting a provider and expected that we could talk for 45 minutes to an hour in the room and that would not count towards time spent together.  When I explained to him that it would he stated he would make sure he left me a bad review on here which he did.  If you read my other reviews everyone has stated how they felt no rush at all and would definitely repeat.  Is there anything I can do about this?  I tried my best to correct the situation but was not willing to let him stay another hour for free which is what he was wanting, so he made up several things in the review and made it sound as bad as possible which totally contradict my other reviews.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks

Amy,

For this type of issue, you should send an email to [email protected] and report the problem to Staff .

However, I did make an inquiry to Staff on your behalf.  They found the review to be in violation of review submission policies and it was removed.

As a newbie to TER, please read the posting guidelines, especially the requirements for posting ads or posting with a link to your web site (it requires a TER logo on the site).  Posting with a link to your TER reviews (see below) is always acceptable.
