As a newbie, I'm attracted to providers that offer BBBJ, however, my research with the Center for Disease Control, and my medical contacts strongly state that HIV guidelines state that semen is a high transmission risk.  Furthermore, that although unlikely, several cases of HIV transmission through saliva have been reported.  Given clear medical info on this, what do these providers know that CDC doesn't, ie, what prevention measures are they/you taking?  Or is what makes this a fun but(t) risky sport?

those that swallow may face a higher risk, than those who use condoms for bj's. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the advice, however, the provider is not the only one who is at risk it's the receiver as well.  I was hoping you guys knew something that made you feel safer.  Oh well, no guts no glory!

I would rather CBJ because of disease and I dont know where she has been! I know im safe but these girls see alot of men. I see why providers would cover it up because they dont know us. It makes sense to me.

some recent studies have suggested that saliva actually neutralizes hiv, so the chance of someone getting it from being sucked is basically 0. you can get all kinds of other shit from that, though. receptive oral (sucking) for the girl is considered low risk for hiv, but swallowing semen ups that a bit, as does performing that act in large volume. DATY is basically 0 risk for hiv (there have been one or two cases of female to female transmission from oral and  they have involved really bad cases of gingivitis).

safer to cover everything, i guess. i cannot believe that some providers swallow.

IIRC, the HIV viral transmission through oral sex, specifically BBBJTCIM, is suspected but not proven in any way.  Also, the man is at an extremely low risk of receiving the virus from the woman in such activity, unless you have open sores on the penis/scrotum/genital areas.  If so, I hope you aren't participating in the first place!

Some informal studies have shown that you are more likely to be killed in a car crash on the way to participate in BBBJTCIM than to contract HIV from the activity.  Take these studies any way you want.

Bottom line:  do whatever you feel is safest for you.

thanks-by the way how do you feel about DATY-same low risk in your view?

I just wear a condom, close my eyes, and enjoy....

You're more likely to contract such nice things as hepatitus or herpes from recieving a BBBJ than HIV. Not death sentences, but certainly not something you want to bring home with you.

I think there is minimal risk if there is no CIM.  Hell, it's not risk-free activity, but I think there is little to worry about with some basic precautions.
