I have read several reviews where the hobbyist indicated the 'date' began w/ dinner, drinks, chit-chat, etc. Is all of that part of the overall time you are paying for? Say you pay for 1 hr, how on earth can you have drinks, dinner and mindblowing sex w/o going way past 60 minutes? Or are all these guys paying for 3 hours to accomplish all the 'get to know eachother' stuff?
Many gentlemen here commonly book the ladies for multi-hour or dinner dates, some even go for overnighters and occasionally weekenders.
Many "A" list providers even require a 2(or more)hour minimum booking.
A one hour appointment obviously does not allow for drinks and dinner and considering the aforementioned levels to a GFE it would be considered a "quickie" by other standards.
As with wine, food, cars, houses etc there will always be another level that is out of your reach. Focus on the best you can find at your comfort level and be thankful that at said level there are yet so many to choose from.

Well for me, I found it depends.
My regular girl let's me hang out for quite a while. We usually cuddle for most of that time.
The last time I saw her, was for nearly three hours, I had to chase myself out. She was dissapointed that I was leaving and couldn't stay longer.
She also does not require a donation for time spent having dinner, drinks, lunch or what have you.And even sees me for movies or shopping on her day off.
She's not a high volume provider, this particular day she was only seeing me.
But I suppose another provider would require a donation for every minute of her time, it's all YMMV and depends on what kind of relationship you have with her.
The first time I saw my ATF, everything was timed quite well. But after the 2nd time, things were much more relaxed and time was never an issue.
