Some guys prefer gifts over tips, but if a lady is travelling gifts can be difficult to carry away and are likely to get discarded if they are not valuable. I normally tip $40-$100, but tips of $20-$30 would be appreciated. I suggest that if you are going to tip less than $20 then do not bother to tip at all.
I prefer to save all the money that I would spend on tips or gifts and make another appointment. Repeat visits with your favorite lady can be the best form of flattery, and also show that you truly enjoy your time with her.
I may tip a waitress or valet, etc. since they rely on tips to supplement the low hourly wage. However, for any business professional such as doctors, lawyers, even providers; I feel they are charging what they feel is fair and adequate for their service(s) or should raise their rates to cover expenses and make the desired profit margin.
Plus I just associate tipping with those ripoff scam artist, usually bad agency, ladies (and I use that term loosely) that charge an agency fee to show up and then "tip" them for all the so called "extras".
