I can't tell from your post, but are you looking "full service" for both you and the wife? Do you have Age or Appearance prefs? Tic off additional criteria to narrow down the hit list:

1) Can I use TER to 'lookup' these sites & see if they are legit? I have failed thus far to do that with TER.
