Hi all,
I'm new here and trying to get together with an independent (i've got my sights set on a select few), but I have no references. I've been to two different agencies (once each) and was not too happy with them.
What kind of info should I offer to help the provider with their screening process?
I apologize in advance if this is old ground in this forum. I'm looking for new and current suggestions.

Very old ground. I had the same problem but talked a lady into seeing me at the hotel bar and things progreesed from there. I also, gave her a bunch of personal info but I don't care 'cause I'm divorced own my own business and realy don't care. Be prepared to pay extra for the get to know you time. Stay with the indys. Much safer than incall agencies. Play safe and happy hunting.

 Check your area for screening services. In Dallas where I reside, there are a few services that will screen you and give you a passphrase to give your providers. Then all she has to do is contact afore mentioned service and they give her the all clear on you.Very simple and conveniant for the provider.Just my .02$

I tried that but none of the ladies I wanted to see would work with a service .02

call a lot of providers.  I have never had a problem with references.  Not all providers require them. Some will go on gut instinct, including one of the hottest in Dallas.

I found an excellent independent and met with her yesterday. Through e-mail, I provided her with plenty of personal info, since I'm a good guy and I have nothing to hide. I think that's the key.
