Locate the "Policies and Info" sidebar, it is on the same side of the screen that you found this board from . Click on the policies and info hot button and then select "Review Questions". Explain your problem and select submit. If an admin does not change the review city, one should contact you over email. You can also ask any TER member that you know to submit a problem report concerning your profile to get the city changed from Dallas to Chicago, the change will help everyone.
The Dallas city was set by the person that did your first review, you met that person in Dallas and that is the city that the person listed as the session location.
