I'm new in the hobby and was hoping I could get a little advice, I've been thinking about meeting a provider for the first time but I'm pretty nervous about getting mixed up in a shitty situation, getting busted by LE or whatever. I was wondering which is safer going with incall or outcall, It seems to me haveing the provider meet you at a location that you choose would be much safer, but like I said I'm just getting started and would like to have all of the angles covered so I can enjoy the session, any advice you guys or gals can give me on being safe and avoiding a nasty situation is more than welcomed.

As long as you have done your homework, and verified the provider is on the up and up.... remember, until you have been doing this, no TER reviews, stay away.
To start with, my own general rule of thumb has been to make sure she has at least a few reviews under her belt unless she is a referral from a regular.
My advice, do your research and select a lady that is well reviewed. Most ladies would be VERY reluctant to provide outcall without referrences (I won't). Incall is riskier, but if you do your research and select a lady with several reviews, your risk is dramatically reduced.

Meeting at a highly rated hotel (4 stars or better) lessens the risk for both sides.
Meeting at an apartment (whether yours or hers) is probably the riskiest for obvious reasons.
Being sure that the provider is well reviewed and well regarded, as well as having immpecable credentials yourself is the best way to avoid mutual risk.

for hobbyists, incall is a bit more dangerous. Most LE agencies don't have the resources, money and time to collect the necessary evidence to create a case if they visit someones house or hotel room.
LE stings are usually incall.
That said, I am an incall fan, and in my nearly 20 years of carefull hobbying, I've yet to have even a hint of LE.

We have to keep some perspective and not worry that every cop is on our tail. The odds favor you.
Plus, there's something indescribably erotic about being in a woman's boudoir.
I don't dislike, or not use incalls, mainly because I have yet 2 find a provider whose rate is less for Outcall. With that being said, having No SO, or neighbors on either side of my Cave.... Outcall is my preference.....No traffic issues, My sheets, and I can watch the game up until the door bell rings!
Either way "know your provider", especially if your willing to allow her on your turf.
Both physically and mentally, outcall appears safer. Outcall also gives you a neutral meeting place, and there is something comforting, at least to me, with having a provider delivered to me.
The safety issue is covered well above. The other consideration is convenience. If you are driving from city A to city B and a favorite provider lives along the route, then incall at her place is a great option.
I prefer outcall simply because i don't have to drag my exausted ass out of bed and across town. I get to lay there as long as I want just reliving the experience.
I'm a slob. Yes I can usually leave my apartment wearing clean clothes and matching socks, However, I'd never want a lady to see how I live.
Incall apartments vary, but most are comfortable enough. Occasionally you get something special. Last year i visited one of my Phoenix favorites. Her incall location that day was a fabuous resort, where she had spent the day on a photo shoot.
For me an outcall would consist of meeting at a hotel, so I have to add that to the cost of a meeting. I need to get my own place!!!
The best way to go is to call a proveder with reviews and a proven track record who doesn't mind meeting newbies herself. Hard to find but we are out there. I'm actually a newbie myself but have reviews already, which is why I joined this site. I figured if my info is on here I better be present to monitor it lol. I have been on TSR since Sept 10th and still getting used to that board. They talk about the drama here but you should see all the drama over there right now. good resource for Orange County though.
