I hope that all providers and "the team" will also look into this option (dental dams been around for years... I guess they are just not widely accepted); for their own saftey and that of others.

Italian is fine if neither of you have herpes.  However in this business, and statistically, it is safer to assume otherwise.

Rubbing the penis along the vulva and clit... OMG.  Uncovered genital to genital contact is NOT safe sex practice!!!  This is the riskiest thing you can do aside from insertion and bloodsports!
