Ok I was wondering about this. If a provider or agency talks about a 25% deposit, let's say, that must be paid to secure the appointment then is that considered part of the total cost of the apt so that on the day of the apt you just need to pay the remaining 75% of it?

Or is it that even with the 25% deposit paid one must still pay the total cost of the apt on the day of it?

Strictly speaking, based on the nature of the word "deposit" it should be a percentage of the total fee with the balance due....That being said, I would discuss this with the particular agency before you give them any money.

My 2 cents, I've been hobbying for 20 years and I have never given anyone a deposit...and I never will.

Look up the discussion on the LV board about Laci.  She's well reviewed in TER, and even that isn't enough to justify giving her miney in advance.

I have never seen a reputable agency or independent require a deposit. Check for reviews of ladies that work for the agency, you may avoid getting ripped off.
