Do you guys normally abstain from sex before meeting a provider and if so how long? Anything else you do?
I usually abstain for 5 days prior but everybodies different. I've seen posts that said they choke the chicken the day before so they last longer. One thing you may want to consider is shaving down there. Some providers like that and you will be amply rewarded. Just be carefull not to cut anything and if you're married don't shave the wife will be suspicous my.02
Be sure that you are showered and shaved (face). Ladies do appreciate it a great deal.
With regards to your other question, depends on the person. I usually abstain for 1 - 3 days...depends.

Depends a lot upon a person's age and physical conditioning. Healthy young men can have sex a several time a day and perform well each time. Older men that are in good physical condition may be able to go once per day and perform well. You may try varying your period of abstinence to see what works best for you. I work best on one days rest if I am with a hot woman, if I hold off two days, I do not do as well, regardless of what the woman is like. Three-five days is iffy. I can never seem to get past five days without having the cobra choked in some fashion.
