Being able to recover quickly

I have set up my first seccion with a provider but i'm not that young any more & overweight so i don't recover very quickly any more. I was wondering if there was any way to help me recover without getting a prescription for something. I know if I loose the weight that will help & I am doing that but any other help would be greatly appreciated.

I have many of the same problems.

1)  Loose the weight, or at least some of it, you will feel so much better!!!  Thanks to stomach stapling, I've gone from 420 to 260, and am having so much more fun.  Two rounds are now the norm, not the exception, and three rounds have been known to happen.  I have a friend on this board with a great weight loss plan.  He sets a target, and when he reaches it, he treats himself with a visit to his favorite lady.  Talk about incentive!!!

2)  If you want be sure that you have extended  time inside her, do it in round one!!!  My pattern, and a common one in reviews, is round one is a BJ, preferably BB, until, again preferably CIM.  Given that it is easier to force the issue by mouth or hand, if you have any doubt about getting it up enough to enter her in round two, make sure you achieve what you want in round one.

3)  If you have the funds, book a longer visit.  They are so much more relaxed, and allow much more recovery time.  If this is not possible, then when scanning reviews, look for ladies who provide "no rushed sessions", and are not a clock watcher.    This is probably the best advantage of seeing an indy, instead of an agency lady.  On a number of occasions I have gone overtime because we were having fun.

BTW, how was game 7 of the cup final?  I now live in England, where the game was shown live at 1:30 am.  Unfortunately, I fell asleep before it started, and only know the final score.

You have two big factors against you, age and being over weight. I know you know this but you can't being older but you can lose the weight. And by losing weight, you'll feel alot younger. There is no  best way to recover quicker besides prescription meds. You're also fighting against genetics and your own brain.

Go see your doctor to get a physical and get blood work. You may ask your Dr. about your testerone levels to see if they might be low. AND while you're at your doc, ask for FREE samples of all the boner meds like Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. As long as you don't have any serious conditions, the doctor will give you them free.
So, you get free boner meds, you get a check up (which EVERYONE should do at least once a year!)
and you get the oil checked for everything, from STD's, cholesterol and other abnormalities.

Oh and you might tell your doctor you have occaasional insomnia and ask for samples of sleep aids like Lunesta, Ambien and others sleep meds.
If you don't use them, you can always barter/trade them to insomniacs for other things.    

Exercise, eat right and you'll find that your stamina will improve greatly.
If you cum fast, you may find it more enjoyable to last longer because you lost weight, have more cardio...etc.

Over the years, I've slowed down and can't repeatedly shoot like I did 10 years ago. Back then, I was able to shoot 5 times in 2 hours. Now I can't. But I make up for it by having great cardio and stamina and can enjoy sex like a marathoner instead of a sprinter.
We are all horn dogs to a certain degree, some more than others.
I for one look at this as a true hobby and with all my hobbies, I go all out. With this aspect in mind, my weekly work outs are tough and painful at times but pays off when I'm having fun.

Eat Right
Sleep right

all this will equal better quality of life and your sex life should improve drastically.

Well, I'm not overweight at all, at 6' 175. I'm very fit, and in my 40's.  I have trouble going two rounds in an hour.  Can't do it.  I was diagnosed with low testosterone, so I use that very expensive gel, which seems to help a little.  I don't notice a dramatic difference when using it.
