I have tried to find something specific about getting extra cups, but have not been able to locate any post where that is the main focus. If this has been asked many times I am sorry.
I have paid to upgrade my membership. While looking at the reviews and profiles of the providers I have read stories where guys leave after only the first cup (even when their profile states YES in the multi-pops question).
Do providers view this like guys asking for a discount? Is it more like if we don't ask they will not offer? I have read reviews where the provider just started getting the 2nd cup ready if asked for or not.
To me, I think 1 more cup can make an experience change from a rating of seven to a rating of nine easily. That is a big difference from a seven to a nine.

Everyone has opinions about this. Best to find a
provider who offers it and book with her. You're
not going to convince someone who doesn't offer
it to do otherwise.
Also, reviews are statistical. If 9 out of 10
reviews state something contrary to her profile
then it's safe to say the reviews are correct
and the profile is incorrect.
Profiles are NOT updated with each review - even
though the profile info is filled in with each
review. Most (all?) of the profile info is from
the first review until someone fills in a problem
report to update the profile info.
Sometimes guys are unable to perform to get the 2nd cup. Older guys are sometimes challenged in this area. I'm in my 50's and maybe 1 out of 10 the johnson just doesn't start for the 2nd round.

You make no mention of your age which can definitely influence what you are physically capable of. Obviously, you would like to get more than one pop during a session.
First of all, as Mr. Info said, read the reviews. This should give you the best knowledge of whether a lady offers multiple cups in a session. If you read several reviews for the same lady and most say she does, but one or more say the guy left after one, they probably chose to stop after one knowing what they themselves are capable of.
As I have gotten older, I have found that it is probably unrealistic to pop twice in an hour. Therefore, I book longer appointments. Even an extra half-hour or hour can make the difference between frustration and a great time.
When looking at ads for ladies in your area, I have to assume you have developed a sense of an average rate for your locale. If you determine the average rate for a GFE experience in your area is $300, then you have to wonder that someone who charges less is either new to the area or may be trying to increase her volume by lowering rates but only offering one cup. That's what reviews are for.
As far as asking up front; I have always assumed that kind of question is rude and will not be viewed as respectful. NEVER discuss the specifics of sex upfront with someone you have never been with. That means in person, by e-mail or by phone. That is what will get you convicted in court. My recommendation is to show up and see what happens the first time. If you're looking for a second cup, you might say something very non-specific like "I'd sure like to try that again". If she offers multiple cups, she will probably say something equally non-specific like "Do you have another one left in you?" Let her lead the way. If you do your research up-front, you won't be disappointed.

I'm part of the club now! With the help of the reviews and info here I met my 1st provider last night and had a great experience. And I did get an extra cup too! This place rocks!!!

See if it is mentioned on her web site (assuming she has one). If not, go with the reviews. Definitely clarify and specify that you want to enjoy the entire time with her. Hey, it's your money. Personally, I would never spend money on a provider that's out the door within a minute of my finale.
