OK, when a review states that a provider "smokes but not during session" does that mean you are aware of the smoke (does her body or clothes or mouth smell like cigarettes)?

Sometimes but not if she is a good provider. I've had bad experiences with this to the point where one gal's hair and breath wreaked of cigarettes smoke to the point where it was chocking me and I couldn't enjoy the session.

I think it depends.  It's a warning to you that you may smell the secondhand smoke, but I've had experiences when I could not tell that she smoked at all.  Towards the end of a session I recently had with a girl I had not met before, I noticed that she was chewing gum.  When I asked her about it, she said that she chewed gum because she smoked.  I was suprised, because I could not smell or otherwise tell that she smoked.  However, her profile does say "smokes but not during session."

My ATF is a smoker but I can never smell it on her or in the room. Once a few months ago she asked me if I could smell it in her hair...she must have been reading my mind because it was the one time that I did. She changed her routine and her shampoo and it has never happened again.
