You've already joined the site as Venessa2009.  You can participate in the board discussions and start posting ads every 7 days on your regional board as long as the ads are in compliance with the rules, which are here:

If you have reviews, or when you start receiving them, you can get a limited VIP membership by registering with the site as a provider and linking to your reviews.  All the information you need, which was nicely put together by the Las Vegas and Washington DC Mod, RCProNo1, is here:
