I am conflicted on whether or not I want to make my home an incall location. Yet, I have really, really, been thinking about it lately due to consistently being asked when contacted, "Do you have an incall?"

I feel like I am losing out on so much money due to the fact that I do not have one. When I first started out, I found another girl who I was going to be sharing an incall location with. However, only she had access to the person renting out their home and didn't give me the opportunity to converse with him on my own. Long story short, we never went through with it. So, I missed out on that.

After that, I tried posting an ad for an incall share. I got some interest, but these places were far out.

The problem I am having with this is:
I can only do the hours of 9am-2pm the latest for my incall. Can I realistically expect that people will book me that early, with those time frame stipulations? It has to be this way because I don't live alone.
Outcalls I can do whenever. But like I said, just the past 4 days alone I've missed out on $1600 because I don't have an incall.

I live in a great area. River Forest/Forest Park area, like Harlem and Lake. I'm torn. I just wish there was someone with a nice, clean, incall, that was willing to rent to me. Should I or shouldn't I do this? I would love to hear your opinion.

(doubtful), then don't do it.  It is underhanded and dangerous.  You could find yourself homeless.

At least get your own place so you can operate 24/7, if you wish.  Those morning hours are hardly prime time.

The conservative rule is never use your own home for safety's sake, but I know at least a couple of gals who make it work.  They screen very carefully, of course.

Many others go on Price Line and invest ~$75 for a decent 2 1/2 - 3 star place for their in-call, and hope they get at least two customers to help cover the cost.  Sometimes they do, and sometimes not

Especially since you share with others. I've seen plenty of providers in their homes, but they live alone, and screen like crazy.
Since you don't have a profile, I have no idea of your donation, but I'd recommend you do hotels for incalls. Plenty of providers use hotel rooms

Hi! My roomies are ok with it. I own my townhome. But because I dont want them exposed to what I do, although they already know, I thought the time frame would work. Also because I'm low volume I was thinking no more than twice a week.

Cool!  Me too!   I don't see people from my home but offer in-call weekdays for much the same hours as yourself.  How do I do this?
Simple!  I book a hotel for the week!   I'm in my hotel room right now, as a matter of fact.  Each room, each week, becomes my temporary "office" lol.

Sure there may be a day without any dates during the 4-5 days I have the room, but there are plenty of days with more than one date to make up for that.   This cost is figured in to my operating expenses, but some ladies charge extra for providing a hotel in-call.  Usually $100 or so.

There are lots and lots of reasons not to host in-call in your home and very few reasons TO do it, IMO.

I've had apartments just for in-call in the past and over time, neighbors virtually always notice.  Unless you have maybe just one or two people over a week.... the traffic will stand out.  At least, this has been my experience.  ;-)

If you have any specific questions about getting a hotel, please feel free to PM or email me anytime.

It's good to hear from someone in my hometown. I will for sure get in touch with you, because I'm very curious about how you book a hotel for an entire week. That seems like it would be expensive. But I have an open mind and am always willing to learn.

So I'm wondering, do girls that don't have an incall just say something like.....I don't have an incall but I can set something up for us. (That type of thing) and then get a room on the fly LOL

I haven't become a VIP member yet, but lately I've been more inclined to.

.
Pretty much, yes.  Some don't specifically address it; they just have a higher rate for in-call than out-call.
Others do say something along those lines like, "If you would like me to secure a room for our date, please add $xxx to my  out-call rates."

There are several providers who offer incall rentals in the Chicago area, myself being one of them.  If you're interested in incall rental, let me know! you can email me at [email protected]. :)

day. You could schedule a late afternoon appointment and at least one evening appointment on the day you check-in to a hotel and then offer a morning appointment the next day before checkout. A hotel room for $250 would be the cost and you could do 4-6 hours with a gross income of $1600+. Looks like a pretty good profit margin to me.

I for one almost always need an incall option and I'm sure there are other guys in the same boat.

But $250/nt for a hotel in Chicagoland is quite high, IMO.

I'm in a perfectly decent 3.5 star hotel right now for less than half that price.

There are only TWO 4-star hotels (and no 4.5 or 5-star hotels) in the suburb where I host, and I like to move around frequently, so I'm not in any hotel more than once every 3-4 weeks.
But even for those 4-star hotels, if I can't get them for around $100/nt then I stay elsewhere.  Too many good deals to be had to even consider paying more most of the time.

Even if we're talking a 4-star hotel in the heart of Chicago, that price is a bit high, IMO.  Now this week there's a lot going on and thus prices are higher but for an average week?  I'd probably look to pay no more than $175.

Just my opinion on hotel price-shopping. :-)

I have done it both ways, and when I first started, I had a separate private incall, not my residence, and virtually had no issues, other than one guy just showing up with no appointment.

Went without an incall, but was only around part time so it wasn't such a huge issue, gave a price break if he had to get a room.

Now, I do own my home, but I limit who I have over. I screen, screen, screen! And I charge more for incall in the event I do use a hotel, but booking rooms are never an issue. So far, it has been OK, I only have a few guys over every other month. I live in a secure upscale area and have a good security system too. I feel more comfortable in my boudoir and my dates tend to appreciate the warmth of being in a home. But I  do make it clear that incalls are not guaranteed and I do respect my home and neighborhood and prefer to lay low than make tons of money. Good luck on whatever you decide works for you!

Hi DebbieNooner,

Btw, I love saying DebbieNooner LOL. *wink*
It has a ring to it. I love all the information that I have been getting from you. It is very helpful. It also helps that everyone on here has been friendly in helping make my decision.

I think I'll probably just take your advice and the advice of SexyJaye and just do the hotel thing and every once in a while make the option available to a regular. That way I can do my thing and remain low key and I am no longer stressing over it.

Thank you so much,

Maxine

Hi! Thanks for taking time out of your day to write me.

I agree with you. I just sent a message to DebbieNooner and told her that I will be taking the advice from both you and her. I'll use my place every once in a while for a regular client and I'll just set up camp at a nice hotel in downtown Chicago.

You both had really good ideas. Thank you so much.

Most guys aren't going to turn into stalkers overnight, but if they do and someone definitely will, better safe than sorry.

my former Fav had a home based office work business complete with assigned parking for it...  She also did massages (+ extras after she got to know you) from home after screening.  No one knew what the traffic was there for.  She could only do appointments duing working hours.   She only did supplemental providing & the cover story was good.
She did have a well set up Business Office in a spare bedroom...

Thank you. I've been getting private messages that are freaking me out, so I am so glad that I asked for an opinion. I guess the frustration was just getting to me and I was willing to make my place an incall when I vowed to myself I never would.

Kisses,

Maxine

In my limited experience, incalls have always been hotels. For $600 an hour, you should get a really nice hotel.
