Any good ideas on how to avoid the authorities?

Thanks

Stick to providers who have been reviewed and verified on TER, use a verification site like P411 or DateCheck, and walk away from anything that makes you uncomfortable...

Do not respond to a Craigslist like the one I just posted on the San Diego Discussion Board.

I posted the following on the Legal Corner about a year ago.  --z

What follows is what I do to avoid LE.  These are just my rules, quirks, & prejudices.  I hope it helps.

 1.  Screening Service = Yes:  don't see anyone who's not on your screening service.

 2.  TER = Yes;  a great source of info.  Read your local boards & stay informed.

 3.   Her Incall = No.   You always get the room.  You always control the space.  Does this mean that you'll miss some fantastic touring providers?  Yes.

 4.  Backpage = No.  There are experienced guys on TER who use it.  But where I live, Backpage = Sting Central.

 5.  ATF = Yes.  The fewer people you see, the lower your risk.

 6. Sugar = Yes.   The good news: it's legal & SBs are smoking hot.  The bad news:  it's expensive & SBs are often selective.  So you typically don't get laid immediately.  If getting busted will ruin you,  then this is your only option.

 7.  Trust your instincts.  Whenever a guy posts about getting busted, he usually mentions that something didn't feel right about the play.  When my trick knee twitches, I walk away.

 8.  STFU.  If someone starts asking questions,  you don't have answers.

 9.  A provider with a "driver" or "assistant"  = No.  If she brings in a third party, cancel immediately.

I don't get #3. Are you saying never go to a providers Incall?

If you want to reduce your risk, then you always get the room.  Particularly when meeting someone new.  Think about it: if you're breaking the law, do you really want to walk blindly into a hotel room.  Most stings rely on you doing exactly that.  Getting the room is more expensive for you, but here's what you're buying: much lower risk.

When I started on P411, I did go to a few provider incalls.  And I was always as nervous as a cat. My ATF remembered the first time I walked into her incall:  "You ignored me and checked out my room.  You even looked in my shower.  I was wondering who you were looking for."   lol --z

Make sure she screens you and be ready to offer her the tools she needs to do that whether it is direct or you registering on a site.  Once you have seen a few well reviewed ladies, this all gets easier.  Independents are easier for obtaining future references...yet once you get through an agency's screens, you will have more to choose from so I suppose that is a choice on your part. (ask the guys what they think when it comes to this)

If the provider starts to suggest services, etc...cease convo immediately.

I agree with everything..however due to a bad stalker experience i had,for outcalls ive resorted to using uber.
Heres my reasoning.Uber provides a time stamp of where and when i got dropped off, even if offocials cant find my phone incase something were to happen..the copy of my reciept goes to my gmaol account..As a female i feel as though having an uber driver provides proof of my whereabouts incase i were to go missing...cant call moms and say hay im going to such and such house..just saying

I was always as nervous as a cat.
Some nervous cats are really mellow. This cat is fine with incall at major locations. This cat doesn't want to risk getting fleas from the flea bag locations

 What is ATF and Sugar?
Ah, ok.  It is the newbie board.

ATF = "All Time Favorite" Provider.  The Provider that you see more than any other.

Sugar = Sugar Baby.  On average, she's younger & more expensive than a provider.   You see her on a regular basis & pay her an "allowance" rather than by the hour.

Be careful.  You can spend a lot of money on the two items above.  There's a TER acronym guide (and other FAQS) that you can check by clicking on the life preserver icon at the top of this board.   --z
