Do providers become offended if you ask them about rates?

I wish to book a number of hours that I cannot find on most providers site yet don't wish to offend any provider.

...if the number of hours you want isn't specifically listed it would be OK to ask what would her donation be for ________ hrs. You could start by saying you have checked her ad, website, and TER profile and didn't see a donation for the amount of time you desire. Then go on to ask your question.

The only way she would be offended by you asking is if you asked about a rate she has posted on her site ,etc. or if you tried to negotiate her posted rates.

many times, particularly on the 'Classy and sexy' template, think that's the one, when I went to the provider's site, the rate page said to contact the provider for rates.  WTF?

So many times, in ads, there are no rates posted, and I, for one, am not going to ask a provider I have not seen to give me her rates in a call, text, or email.

If she has no posted rates anywhere, she has no right to get offended by you for asking her what she wants for her time.

If the rate is not listed on her website, it's fine to ask. She should not get offended, you are not a mind reader.
