I've tried twice to post for philly a while ago, and this week I have tried twice to post an ad in Chicago.  Nothing ever goes up, and I don't understand it  Am I doing anything wrong?  They always went up before.

If you have not already done so, you need to visit TER's site reviews section and submit your website. You will receive an email from TER containing code that you must add to the front page of your website. This code creates a reciprocal link from your website back to TER.

I moderate the Philly board. I don't remember seeing your post but this would be the most likely reason that I rejected it.
