pre-arranging specific services

Sorry to use an alias, but I'm a bit embarrassed by not knowing an important aspect of communication etiquette.

Let's say that there's a service that might require preparation on the provider's part (e.g., Greek). Or let's say that you want to know if a particular provider is OK with facials.

Given the understandable reluctance to discuss any specific services over email or the phone, how can one ask about limits that aren't specified in the provider ad/website (or one -- like facials -- that may not be clear from reviews)? And how can one provide the provider advance notice needed for Greek?

Is it OK to speak/email in code (e.g., "Can we try to read some Plato together?" -- boy, that sounds lame to me). Are the guidelines different for phone vs email?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

If you ask a provider a question that refers to any specific sexual activity or even one that directly references sex at all you may find many if not most will not respond at all, EVER.

Asking about sex from a provider that you don't know is a big no no. Trying to hide it through acronymns is not the point. If she can understand your meaning, so can LE.

If the service you seek is not mentioned on her profile or in her reviews, then you are better off finding a provider who will provide those services; otherwise you are TOFTT in terms of finding out for yourself.

I suppose you can ask her if it is OK to enqire, but with some gals, that alone is reason to cut off further contact.

Let's say that the profile/reviews mention "Greek extra". How do you inquire about the extra charge? Or mention before the visit that you'd like that extra?

I had a provider (who advertised Greek as available) once tell me that I should have given her advance warning so that she could prepare (although she let me proceed anyway). I should have asked her right then how she would have wanted me to let her know in advance (I'm fastidious about mentioning nothing sexually-related in any communications). But I didn't -- so I'm wondering what most providers would prefer.

Facials are another thing that are not always mentioned specificly in profiles or reviews.

Perhaps I just have to take the chance of waiting for the actual session to ask (and perhaps being turned down for lack of advance warning...)

Thanks to all for your replies!

Yes, if you want specific services, you must verify either through her website or posting.  But to eliminate this problem join a verification service and once both of you is verified, then you can asked about specifics

Read, read, read read, the reviews and find a lady that is performing the services that you wish, otherwise, just book and hope for the best, asking for specific services after things are well under way.

about reading the reviews. I agree the only reasonable way to do this is after things are "well under way" as rentagirl says. I love that name, rentagirl.

One thing I'd like to add is that I often see things in reviews for providers I've seen that I'm pretty sure are fabricated by the reviewer. For example, I've seen a certain provider several times and she always does CBJ. Most of her other reviewers say CBJ. Then one guy talks about how she lets him CIM during BBBJ. Hmmm...maybe just for him, but probably not.

Have fun,

Astucious

Astucious, if you read, read, read, read, enough reviews, you will learn to read between the lines. Some reviews are bogus, but if you read enough of them, you will be able to tell which is which! Happy hobbying!

I would suspect that's a fake review, Astucious.  As long as TER allows VIP access for those who write a minimum number of reviews per month - there will be several a month who attempts fake reviews here on TER.  I've had a review removed that said I did greek after it was posted for more than a week.  PS - I don't do greek, never have :)
