Posting Photos - A real FAQ

"How do I upload a pic?" is a genuine FAQ. These posts have instructions as well as links to earlier posts:

Reiterating a few points:  
- Do not try to post images stored on your personal phone or personal computer; use an image hosting website to store images that you will post.
- Check the URL: it must end in jpg, jpeg, gif, png, or bmp. If there is "extra stuff" following the extension, delete it. I.e., TER will not recognize https://imagehostingsite.com/mypicture.jpg%size=1056x768 as a valid image file. Delete the %size=1056x768 part to leave https://imagehostingsite.com/mypicture.jpg and it should go through.
- After posting, check the post to make sure it looks like you intended it to look. Edit or delete your post accordingly.

Okay couple questions.  
   
 A) how do I upload a pic? Like using a link.?  
 B) how to I update my attributes? Or can I?
I assume that "update my attributes" means that you have TER Profile with some outdated info (new hair length; new website; change in services, ...). If it is just one item, go to your Profile page and you can click "Report a Problem" on the left side frame with options. If you want to update several items, it is best to use "Contact Us" (link at the bottom of every page) and put everything in an email to Admin. Some items can be updated by anyone; other items should only be updated by the Provider herself.

You are posting here using an alias which means that you have full VIP, not just free limited VIP available to Providers. Is your regular TER handle linked to your TER Profile? If not, you might have to provide additional proof to TER that the updates are authorized by "you". E.g., maybe send an email to TER from the external email listed on the Profile to prove that you are you.

Your photo posting info is good, but I’m not sure where you got the idea that she was posting from an alias.  
Aliases are in gray text, not black, and there is no envelope.

That's weird. When I was making my first reply post, I tried to click on her handle to see if it was linked to her Profile AND to see if she had any other posts ("See my posts"). I didn't get a drop down and the font looked grey or greyish. Software glitch? Oh well.

Now I see that her handle IS in a dark, bold font and that she does not have her handle linked to a Profile. This is her first and only post. And, I can't find a Profile for "Blair Fox."  
.
Blair: Do you have a Profile, maybe under a different name? If you are a Newbie and want to post pics, probably of yourself (we hope!), you might have more newbie Qs about which boards allow pics (Photo Only and Ad Boards) and so on. Feel free to ask more Qs as needed.
