Hi all...I am a newbie who has never used a provider before...altho i have gone to AMPs i want to move to something more personal...my question is this...when a provider says on their website that they are FS..does that mean the rate they list will include the FS? Does the girl usually starts things..ie..kissing, touching? If there are any Philly girls that read this board and want to break in a newbie please reply to this post.
