Optimizing Multiple Sites, Branding, Website, and Building a Reputation

I’m a relatively new provider, but I’m finally at a point where I’ve gotten verified on a number of sites and am starting the process of getting reviews and building a brand/reputation. However, I haven’t found much good advice online about how best to market myself across all of the different platforms, so wanted to reach out here for advice.
- Is it best to use the same pics/bio/etc on all sites, or do I need to create a separate profile setup for each one?
- Should I always post ads on all sites I use, or is there some criteria to determine which sites I should post on at various times?
- When requesting reviews, which site should I send clients to (assuming they’re not going to want to write multiple reviews for different sites).
- How do you manage/keep track of messages and outreach from all of the various platforms?
- How do you decide which sites to stay on and which ones to abandon?
- How do you keep track of the details of all the different site/forum rules?
- How do you decide whether/when/where to pay for ads/membership?

Second, are there any tips about building a consistent and marketable brand, especially when using a number of different websites? I don’t really have specific questions about this, I just want to gain insights so I can work on the best possible strategies for myself.

Third, when is a good time to make a website?
- How do you decide what info to include?
- Do you include links to ad sites?
- Do you post rates? If so, how can you indicate that there are different rates for different services without potential legal issues?
- How can you safely offer as much specificity as possible regarding services without potential legal issues?
- What tools do you use for a secure screening and/or contact form?

I probably have more questions but this is super long so I’ll stop there. I’d love to hear any thoughts or insights, and if anyone is just dying to have a convo or provide 1:1 support, that would be absolutely amazing and much appreciated!!!

Ad Posting schedules:
t-21, t-14, t-7, t=0=day of arrival
versus
t-24, t-17, t-10, t=3rd day of stay
or other posting schedule.
...
Then search for "Assistant" (Gen, Newb, your Local board) for those offering their services as a screening and scheduling assistant or how to find an assistant.
...
And so on, and so on ... for keywords in your other Qs.
