I am attempting to set up my first venture into the hobby, and of course I'm scared as hell that I'm walking into an LE setup or some other unknown experience. I have contacted a provider who has had three reviews on this site, and all these reviewers have had at least 10 other reviews in the past. She also has a website, and is in an area where there are many other women available. This seems pretty straight forward, but I also didn't run into much of a screening process at all. Basically, it was age and occupation, and that's about it, no call to verify (and obviously no provider references). The three reviewers gave her good marks, so should I be wary of this, or have I found myself a good opportunity to kick start my experience as a hobbyist? Thank you in advance.
Three reviewers with 10 or more reviews behind them is a good sign. The fact that she has a website is another indication of staid accountabillity. Just because the provider didn't give you a colonoscopy with her screening doesn't mean she didn't either check with less invasive means or simply got good "vibes" from your communications.

I'm inclined to agree with G.G., but I suggest that you back channel some of these reviewers. That way you can lessen your concerns and perhaps get answers to questions that you may have that weren't covered in the reviews (assuming they write you back). If you don't have a TER membership, now would be a good time to get it. As it is, you get my vote for "Most Intelligent Newbie Post of the Year". Good luck.
The fact that you know how many reviews your lady's 3 reviewers have submitted tells me that you have already purchased a VIP membership. Well Done!!! (BTW, to view another hobbyist's list of reviews, you have to be a VIP).
I think you are on to something good!!! There are more than a few guys who enjoy the challenge of finding new ladies, and are in a better position to TOFTT. They have done alot of the research for you, and you are acting smart enough to benfit from it.
Given YMMV, and personality, there is no such thing as a sure thing in this hobby, but you seem to have done everything you can to set up a successful first encounter.

Thanks for the good words, everybody. I feel more at ease already...of course up until the day of when I'll get nervous looking forward to that first encounter!
After you puke from the nerves, brush your teeth again, and use lots of mouthwash.
