What do you look for in a new provider that makes you want to spend time with her?

Honestly you don't know what to expect and that gives a little thrill. Another is that their donation rates are going to lower because they're just getting started. If they look good and provide a wide array of services along with the cost, it has the potential to be a great date for a good deal. That's what I think at least.

I would if someone I know knows something about them that would induce me to see them.

Also I might see them if I strike up a rapport with them somehow, for example we PM each other a lot after I get to know her on the boards.

I would think that in most cases, a providers first few times would be a bit awkward if not error prone, which is totally understandable.  This ain't just whislin' Dixie

Most but not all guys will not touch a new provider without reviews with a ten foot pole.Lol  We are scared to death of the unknown.  The risk/reward just is not worth it for most guys.  On the other hand, I will take a chance if she have several very good reviews.  I will also see her if she have a friend provider I have seen in the past that can vouch for her as a good and legit provider.

A few brave (and often veteran) souls are willing to TOFTT with a newbie provider, but I am not generally one of them.  Things that might sway me to see a newbie provider: 1) good recommendation from a fellow client that I trust; 2) good recommendation from another provider who I have seen and that I trust; 3) she works for an agency that I trust; or 4) if I had known her previously from somewhere (like a strip club) and she'd built up some trust with me.  Good luck!

...she sees only women and couples. They are very few and far between but that would be about the only way that I would feel safe from an LE setup. I figure if she sees only women & couples the chances of her being LE are much lower. But then I wouldn't expect to find her advertising on a site like this. It would more than likely to find her thru word of mouth from another provider.  

I have met with several strippers OTC that claimed that they have never escorted before, so technically I TOFTT on those occasions. But in those instances I have obviously met the lady and after what we did in the club I never worried about being busted outside. And they refused to be seen as escorts (those zany strippers!) so I couldn't have reviewed them anyway.

If she is learning how to use the boards, and engaging in productive conversation with people on the local boards, I am more willing to "take a chance."  However, if you don't yet have any reviews, I might want to meet you in a public place before committing to anything.

I would agree with Ava that it is best to work with a lady that is well established in the the business that is willing to help you in maybe introducing some of her regulars to you and maybe asking them to write reviews for you so other potential clients feel safe in seeing you.  find a provider in your area that you like, be good to her and ask for her help.  I have had ladies that I have seen in the past ask me to see newbie friends and it worked out well for both of us.

Not entirely sure why, but I find assistants becoming escorts insanely hot, much as I do strip club waitresses becoming dancers.  Ella, you should have mentioned that haha.  Consider it as a potential angle in your marketing.  If you were close to Boston, I would actually consider straying from my usual rule of thumb and TOFTT.  (Ava's rec helps, too; even though I've never had a session with her, she is well-reviewed).  But alas, it appears you are so far away in Orlando.  Oh well, hopefully someone will take a chance on you and live out my asst-turned-escort fantasy.  Good luck!!

I met one new provider last year. I ended up meeting with her 6-7 times, and am happy I took the chance.

I prefer to see a woman who knows what she's doing.  Fresh attitude, yes please.  Ignorance, fumbling around, unrealistic demands, ridiculous limits -- no thanks.  

Some newbies have good coaching and give good pleasure.  
But that's not the way to bet, so it's not something I seek out.  

Virginity is way overrated.  I'm happy to leave that to those who prefer it
