what should I say or ask a provider on the phone (as our 1st contact)? So far I have used email to contact anyone I am interested in, but there are several ladies that only have a phone number. Should I just stick w/ email for now?

Then let the lady take it from there. If the conversation
doesn't go well, or you get a bad vibe, thank her for taking
your call. If she sounds like someone you would want to see
set a date.
Voicemail: I always have more trouble leaving a VM message than
speaking with someone in person, so I keep it short and sweet.
If you want her to return your call, leave your first name, number and when you can be reached. Also a good idea to say when you
are considering an appt. Most ladies won't return calls more than
a few hours old unless you request it.
If you do not want a call back, don't leave a message, it just clogs up her voicemail for others.

Never talk about anything remotely close to sex. The closest I get is: Is the 1 hr rate on your website full service with no tip?
If you use the phone, make sure your # is not blocked.
Many providers would be concerned about that expression. If you're concerned about upselling, maybe "all inclusive with no tip required" or something like that.
If a newbie HAS to have questions answered about what services are available, look for it in reviews (preferably multiple reviews).
Never discuss details over the phone or email.
You should negotiate a price for her time only.
Once you get there before any fee is discussed or displayed you both should show some skin to prove you're both not LE.
After you do that you can zip up and sit down and chat a minute about what you're looking for in detail.
If she's not interested then you should thank her for her time and leave. Don't feel badly, she's got five guys lined up in the parking lot.
