I'm new so I have a lot of questions. You guys are going to see me alot for awhile. I am trying to be an intelligent labradoodle.
Soo... In California porn is legal. You can get paid for a sex act as long as you record it ( photos or video etc) & use that record for someone else's enjoyment. Can I I legally give my client a throw away camera, a model release & charge him a modeling fee for whatever comes next? Would LE actually engage in taking pics of me doing ?? Whatever with him? Seems I could either keep the film or charge a fee to take it with him?...your area. Only they can tell you what to do, and expect, should you run into trouble.
If you would like more non-legal, but sane advice, please send me a pm. Warm regards,Those questions are best answered by an attorney. The best way for you to stay safe is to learn how to screen your new friends.
Spend some time searching online to understand why your idea is flawed
There is a lot of paperwork that goes into proving you are running a porn business.
Do you have the required licenses?
Is the area you are operating in zoned for that
business?
What about insurance?
Are you paying taxes?
This list goes on and on.
Do yourself a favor and carefully screen your clients and don't try to create phony appearances that you are running a legit porn business.
Pretty sure violations of the rules for porn are more serious crimes than misdemeanor prostitution.
