My Favorites doesn't work

I clicked on add to my favorites, and I see the script message in the bottom right of my browser but when I go to Account Manager there are no favorites. Are there some browser settings that I need to enable?

If not, it could be a bug with the new software.

To verify this, go to the old site (find it from
TER's home page), and attempt to do the same
thing.  If it works, it's a bug in the new system.

Email admin and tell them about it.  Find the
email address on the home page also.

to disable my Pop Up blocker while I'm on the site.  I didn't want to, but I tried it.  It didn't work.  A couple of my buttons aren't working, not just the "My Favorites".  It's very frustrating...


I have enabled site popups, but it still doesn't work. It worked on  the old site, but not on the new site.

Button dysfunction keeps me from actually paying for my VIP.  I wait until I write a review to catch up on my PM's and stuff.  I can't add favorites or delete favorites...  I can't click on a lady's website and go there, I have to copy and paste, I can't add problem reports...
Stuff like that.
 Every so often I disable the pop up blocker on my computer to give it another shot...  doesn't work.  Ah well.  There are worse stuggles in the world.

I had similar problems with a lot of buttons on the new site. So I kept using the Classic Site with no problems.

I finally figured out it was my firewall. It wasn't pop-up blocker, it was ad-blocker. So, I had to put TER on the exception list, and everything now works fine on the new site.
