Etiquette for a longer appointment

I'm  booking my first longer (5hour) appointment with a provider including dinner. If we're meeting at the restaurant, is it normal to greet with a kiss? I booked a more secluded table, so I'm also wondering if it's okay to ask her to flirt a little under the table (not an outright bbbj in the restaurant of course). Maybe a little subtle FIV as well. She has only a few reviews so far so hard to say if she's done any of that before.

I'm also wondering whether to keep the conversation at the restaurant completely normal (like a date) or if we can even just talk about naughtier things.

Where are you dining out? McD's? Do NOT talk sex near the ball pit where the kids hang out! Roy Rogers? IHOP? ... large popular, high traffic, high end restaurant? ... small 12 person intimate haute cuisine eatery?  The drive thru take out window keeps EVERYTHING private in your car!
.
Restaurant in your home town where you might bump into someone you know or the owner knows you? Restaurant while you're out of town for business and pleasure?
.
Basically, I think it depends ...

LOL

Nice steakhouse, got a more secluded table upstairs though I'm sure there will be other people within view. Unlikely to be anyone I know here.

Flirty talk and kisses yes! Fingering her under the table *could* make things go south really fast. If it's a lady you've spent time with before and is comfortable with you then broach the subject beforehand. If you've never met her before.  Being respectful in public can lead to lots of passion later BCDs.  ;-)

I had an extended date only once: with Veronica Chase in 2008 (see my reviews).  And we met in a bar for drinks, rather than a full-on restaurant meal.

We greeted each other in the bar with a light hug, the way friends, or even colleagues at more laid-back companies, greet.  Our actions at the bar were more affectionate than sexual: holding hands, me playing with her hair, and us touching each other's thighs.  And we talked too quietly for other people to hear us.  The best part was seeing the jealous, disbelieving looks on 50-something businessmen in suits sitting at the bar near me and my "date".  I was 25 at the time, wearing slacks and a polo shirt; Veronica was in mid 30's, wearing the women's equivalent.  So, a 20-something working-class IT guy really stuck it to rich businessmen twice his age! :D

Of course, once me and her to her hotel room, all bets (and clothes) were off!
