More dumb newbie questions

OK, I've been reading the reviews and I'm sort of getting a handle on how things work.  Some of the (probably banal) mechanics elude me and no one talks about them.

For example, most everyone notes that they have the agency fee and a tip ready when their companion arrives.  Now maybe I'm dense, but how do you know in advance what to tip someone?  Is that something you'd talk about beforehand?  Is the amount listed in a review the typical tip amount on top of the agency fee?  And, what would happen if you provided your escort no tip at all?    How does she get paid?  Purely from tips or does she get a piece of the fee too?

Also, as I indicated in my other post, I'm curious about the ID process.  I see now that maybe I've got nothing to worry about, but I still wonder exactly what the escort agency wants and what they do with that information.  Do they just want a name and address, or is it more involved like a SSN and Driver's License?  Then, what do they do?  I don't imagine that it is a credit check, so it must be some sort of sex offender check, right?

See, I told you these were dumb newbie questions.

that's why they insist on ID. They don't give your personal info to anyone. If you have so many hang ups, maybe you should consider masturbation? Tips are optional. I tend to tip agency girls, but Indy's own their own business, and the old rule is "you don't tip the owner". Some will dispute this, but  "employees get tipped, owners don't" is a 100+ year old standard.

That hadn't occurred to me, but that would make some sense... Although I don't know what good it would do to run ID's versus known LE officers because a determined LE officer would certainly be undercover.

I don't have any hang ups of which I'm aware.  I'm simply asking questions.  Perhaps seeking knowledge before getting involved is considered a hangup by some hobbyists?

Come to think of it, I'm kind of surprised, actually, by how much negativity I've received in response to asking these newbie questions.  I don't take it personally, but is this sort of thing commonplace?  Kind of like rites of initiation?

good service is good service. I always tip indy & agency providers. Indy's still have expenses (hotel room, phone bill, etc) so if the session went well I reward them.

I've no idea about the tipping.  I'm an independent provider so my donation amounts are all inclusive and are clearly stated on my website.  Agencies seem to operate differently, but I'm not positive about that.

I want some reassurance that you aren't either LE or someone who intends to physically harm me. These are the reasons I need some information about you before we meet privately.

Go with a well-reviewed provider so that you'll feel comfortable about giving her your information and understanding the donation amounts.

Good luck  :)
