what does it mean when a provider has nothing listed for a menu on p411? she has lots of reviews but couldn't read the details because I only have a basic membership.

I believe it is their choice to add that information, or not on their P411 page

 If a provider doesn't list her menu, that may mean YMMV--her menu may vary depending on the chemistry she has with you.  Whether you go forward with booking her depends upon on your confidence level.  

 I once booked a provider who had a notorious reputation of being remarkably beautiful & very unfriendly.  Only regulars would get GFE & she was selective.  So I go see her at her incall.  She's amazingly hot, a chestnut brunette.  She has a pit bull in the room (I'm not kidding).  The dog falls for me instantly, I pet his tummy while the provider tells me all the things we're *not* going to do: no kissing, everything covered, no exchange of any bodily fluids, etc.  She's undressing while she goes through this litany, and she's perfect, exquisitely beautiful naked.  

 I'm still fully clothed. I take out my wallet & say: "That doesn't sound fun to me. I'll pass.  But I'll pay for your room-you've got my number if you change your mind about things."  She's standing there naked, staring at me with amazement as I leave some money on the nightstand.  "I like your dog" I add & then walk out.

 A day later she texts me and asks me to come back.  I go to her hotel room & fuck her brains out, her menu-wide-open.  We start seeing each other on a regular basis.   Sometimes you have to walk out on a girl.  But she may call you back.  --

I think not having the details may have been  the cause of VERY little if any clients from there... so hoping the listing the details will cause p411 to be beneficial for me finally

It could mean anything. I would shell out for VIP because usually a well reviewed provider will have reviews containing the kind of information you are looking for. P411 specializes as a online screening service rather than a listing source. The menu is always something you'll have to determine for yourself through research. YMMV
