I only had 1 experience in the hobby.. which was pretty bad..
I didn't really know about TER back then.. I'm just glad I know now.
N/E ways, I still go through CL everynow and then
just to see who is offering services near by.
I have called about 6 different independent providers and 4 of them hang up on me
and 2 of them thought I was a LE..which is definitely not true.
I mean I understand the other 2 who just hanged up the phone.  Maybe they didn't like my voice, attitude, or something..
but I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong to be assumed as a LE.
When I normally call I greet with a hello, tell the provider where I saw the add.  If there were no specific donation amount in the add, I would ask the provider about the specifics, or the provider would tell me the donation amount.

Today early 4~5am, I saw this one provider in CL, decided to give her a call. I greeted her, but without any greeting or asking she told me it was $$$ straight out, told the provider okay and gave her the street intersection near me, she asked where that was, told her it was around Ktown.. and this is exactly what she said "Oh, Ktown? Sorry I don't goto Ktown, your probably a cop."
What is up with Ktown and LE anyways..
If I told her it was near hollywood would the provider have come by?  ...or was the provider actually the LE?

Enlight me Masters!

While the hobby is illegal throughout most of the US (with the exception of all but 2 of the counties in NV), it is rarely enforced.  However, one can never predict when the local sheriff, chief of police, politician, etc, decides to "do something" about prostitution in there jurisdiction.

Sounds like the powers that be of ktown have a real "hard on" to catch escorts and their clients.  I suspect that you are suffering from guilt by location.

If the ladies are unwilling to come to you, you have to go to them!  Look for incall in your area.

Hope that helps,

Practiced SPs get a 6th sense gut reaction to calls that sound like LE. Do you sound like a member of a parochial mindset on the phone? You talk of "specifics" being discussed. When/how do you bring these up? Law is specific. If you're humm'n and haw'n around the fine line of indictable specifics your lack of success is evidentiary.
