I'm new to this. And to be honest I'm a little nervous about LE.

It is not just the # of reviews, but reviews from guys with a long history. I would be suspect of someone with lots of recent reviews from guys that just started reviewing recently.
In my short experience with hobbying, I believe a well reviewed, touring provider is the safest. Touring because I don't think LE would go through all the hassel.
However, I recently realized that date-check and roomservice2000 to some screening of the ladies who can use their service. That provides some protection to the client.
So, I would pick a lady that is:
1) Well reviewed
2) traveling
3) listed on RS2K or Date-check
First, the ladies are more vulnerable to LE than the guys. Second, ladies that work for agencies are more vulnerable than independent ladies. Third, for my two cents: I would recommend you just do outcall, with independents. Unfortunately, we hear from time to time that independent ladies are set up by LE. But it is very rare. We hear even more rarely of guys getting set up by ladies who are "independents." So, I would not really worry about this too much.
Also, it seems that LE tends to concentrate on street-walkers or on incall hotel arrangements where drugs are in play.
One final thought: In my opinion, the back-channel tends to be better than reviews. Once you have met a few ladies in your area, communicate with them, ask them about other ladies, etc. If you can meet guys in your area, that is helpful, as well.
It's all about the source/reviewer.
You always click on the reviewer to see how many reviews he has and what kind of girls he likes and how his past reviews have read.
If he tends to say ugly girls are models or a standard session was the time of his life, then you know a bit about the source.
One review from a source whose reputation I know and agree with/admire I will trust. If you don't know the source then just wait for a few reviews from guys with a lot of reviews. Any reviewer with only a couple reviews should not be trusted.
So many girls out there you should stick with known entities.
