Is there a way to get TER links to open in new tabs by default?

I know I can right click on the link etc but I really have come to like the p411 function that opens links and pages in new tabs. Anyone know of a way?
Control-Left Click will usually open any link in a new tab for most browsers and sites. A bit simpler than right-clicking and selecting open in new tab.
