I have wondered for some time what the phrase "upscale gentlemen" and similar terms really mean in the ads of many providers about the potential clients they want to hear from.

Has anyone found it to be "code" for something other than good manners, respect for the provider, and the ability to pay without a hassle?  For example, is it ever a politically correct signal for an ethnic or social status preference?

Any insights or experiences would be appreciated.

It's not really code for anything. Just about every provider states that she entertains "upscale gentlemen."

As long as you are polite, hygienic and have the donation covered, you have nothing to worry about.

Some use it as in your first description, while some use the term under the mistaken impression that they screen out some racial or ethnic groups.

...Her rates.

And perhaps someone who is going to arrive with good manners and who is clean, etc..

But the bottom line is about the cash baby!
