If he wants to spend money, don't rag him about it. This is, after all, a business. [eom]

Just about every independent provider I have an interest in seeing requires one of the big 3 verifications or provider references. As a professional student (i.e. business, law, or med) who has never seen a provider before, this makes things difficult. Has anyone else been in a situation like this? How do you convince the provider you're legit and that money won't be a problem?

I think they have a way to verify people that don't have jobs.  RS2k is popular in the Midwest, and I assume that the IL after eros indicates Illinois.

LOL. As a father and a former college student with many professional student friends, I couldn't resist. But seriously, there are many part time jobs you could get as a student (many at the University) that would satisfy the process.
