I'm surprised that someone with 20 reviews is asking this type of question. I'm going to make the assumption it's because you only use the site for reviews -- submit yours and read others when looking. If you had been spending a bit of time reading and participating in the discussion groups over the past couple of years (including doing some searches if you have not been a member that long) you would have likely seen any number of threads that touch on relevant points.

 
For others and the OP.

Feedback - from any page in TER just scroll to the bottome and you'll see "Contact Us". Use that to provide feedback, report a technical/functional/how to use type question and submit any type of problem report that is not simple issue (i.e., something you need to really explain and the admins might have questions about that need further communications).

 
Reviews aspect - if you provided any money to the "provider" (and can prove that) you can submit a Rip-Off review. That is the only review class that does not require an actual meeting to have occurred. If there was no financial loss and no meeting/session then you cannot submit a review. However, you *can* start such discussions on the regional or general board for discussion with others -- including warning them about the situation by posting a link to the profile or naming the provider from that profile.  There have been cases where people have reported undesirable actions by providers that ultimately lead to the profile being taken down.

 
So, for newbies reading this. Yes TER is a review site but thinking the reviews are all you need to know about here or all you can benefit from is a big mistake. While there is a lot of noise these days in the discussion groups there is still a wealth of information that can be gleaned from the boards as well -- including how best to actually use the reviews.
