How long do I have to wait to get verification result from agency? They got my info last week but so far I haven't received any email or text about the status.

...agency I used. I was a newbie with no references. I gave my info and by the time I finished giving my desired date, time and provider she said I was good to go. Last year with another agency it was done and my appointment was set within a couple of hours.

You'll find agencies are like independents. Some are exceptionally professional and provide excellent customer service including prompt replies to screening and inquiries while some are not.

Some agencies operate with a small crew of managers/screeners/bookers, and some agencies are really just one or two people who handle all the logistics for their stable of providers. You've probably found yourself with option #2 and they are going to prioritize based on who's easiest to screen. I once had an "agency" reply with my approval request FOUR MONTHS LATER! Be prepared to move on if you can't wait.

Have you inquired with agencies listed on TER with a substantial history and good reviews and comments from TER members
