I have other questions I like to ask!
1. what cause LE to raid or sting the house?and how they do it.
2. I know escorting is legal, we pay money for their time. It is just so happen the provider like me and i like the provider and we end up sleeping together. How does LE proof that I have committed a crime.
"we just like each other" is not going to keep you out of the back seat of the police car...
What causes LE to sting a house? It depends. If you are talking about a provider doing in call in a residential area it could be complaints from the neighbors. If she is advertising on Craig's List then she is asking for trouble. If you are talking about having a provider come to your house then you are relatively safe assuming she is not LE.
It will be because the gal is either LE herself, or has gone over to LE to protect herself from charges.
Sometimes, LE will watch a place if they suspect activity is going on and collar you as you are leaving. They will try to scare you into incriminating yourself and the gal and with that will bust both of you.
If this ever does happen, don't say anything beyond giviing your name and address and say that you want to say nothing more which is your right under the Fifth Amendment. Who knows, LE might just let you walk off as they wait for another chump to screw.
As for what causes them to make a bust?
Often, just before elections, the local pols decided to show the public that they want to clean up the town and will tell the police chief to put down his donut long enough to order the vice squad to go out and bust some prostitutes and johns. It's probably like shooting fish in a barrel and sure beats rounding up real bad guys who carry guns.
After a while, things settle down and the vice squad will go back to their crullers and coffee.
One legal point on escort turning LE, if you had sex with her before and she working with LE, its entrapmement plain and simple. Of course you can always get arrested which is a problem but can the DA make it stick?
But just the fact of being arrested is enough to get your name in the local paper in many areas.
Wizard, if you had sex with an escort who later starts helping LE and you get busted arranging another paid date, you will not successfully claim entrapment. The entrapment defense only works if the defendant can prove that LE conduct MADE him do something that he normally wouldn't do. The fact that you have a history in the hobby eliminates that defense. Your best defense with this issue is to only patronize ladies who take the time to screen their clients in order to avoid these issues.
I agree but I would argue it anyway because a carefully selected jury would posibly confuse entrapmemt with bring "set up" ala the Delorean and Marion Barry Cases. Legally they are different but I would ask the simple question even under a sustained objection, "what deal have you received in exchanged for working the the LE? That is percisely why the police always use undercover police officers because their testimony annot be impeached.
