i have never used viagra or cialis and dont need it with my wife. how do i go about getting this without drawing attention.

I used viamedic for an order once and it was the real stuff and very easy process. Not cheap. So with them you have an option to get 100mg or 50mg basically at the same price. Get the 100 & cut them in half for twice the dosage. If you claim you really don't need them then 1/2 a pill will get you hard 2 or 3 times that night and you'll be rock solid in the morning also. Honestly 25mg will do the trick it it's recreational.
Too many drinks will have a negative effect on your ability to cum. I find that it reduced the sensitivity on me but I didn't experience other side effects.
Be careful with it though, I fucked once (non-pro)for more than an hour on the stuff, which wasn't a problem for her. I had a temporary problem getting hard with rubbers, so had 2-3 almost wasted sessions. Used The V a few times and the problem resolved itself.

with your wife, why would you think you'll need it with the ladies here. The thing to think about is that if you're only getting it so you can pound away for a solid hour, that will just piss off most ladies. I am 53 years old and just recently got a script for Viagra. It works, but I get headaches and very congested. The trade off for me is OK but I know I have to take something for my headache, the top one! I go back to the Doc and I will ask for a trial of Cialis and see if its any different.
You might ask your doctor about herbal alternatives. Like anything else, there are safe ones and unsafe ones.
I find it can be helpful in some situations, but use a half dose (just cut the pill in half) which seems to limit the side effects for me, while also doubling the number of doses per $. The half dose produces all the effect I could ever need or want.
I find it's a nice precaution when I'm meeting somebody new. Even if I don't "click" with the person, I can still get my moneys worth and move on. Rarely bother when I'm with somebody I know is going to make things work.
I had the same problems, plus the funky blue-vision thing, then switched to Cialis and don't have any of those side-effects any longer. It does work as advertised for me and I'm hard for the next couple of days. As someone else mentioned below here, try cutting the pills in half and see if the headaches go away. Stopped my headaches, but also decreased the effectiveness significantly. YMMV.
when you you purchace viagra from the internet it is generally prescribed in 100mg tabs. This is because they cost the same as 50 or 25mg tabs, 100mg is never the starting dose for viagra and can be extermely dangerous. Patients should always be started at 25mg max to see the severity of sideeffects. Cialis works as well if not better for many of my patients. I find it is about 50/50. If you do order from the net remember if it it comes from out of the country it is illegal. if the doctor is not physically located in the U.S. it is illegal. Many web sites will try to deceive you. If you do not let the doctor online no ALL the other meds you are on it may be illegal. One last thought if you cant tell your doctor you think you may need something to get you to full mast and do go thru a intenet site there is no such thing as a replacement for a physical exam and may die!!!!(and pay more)
Go to your doctor, mine charges $45 for an office visit, and I always ask him for V samples, and I usually get enough freebies from him to make it more than worth my while. Neither of these should be used without a doctors care!
