Last 3 reviews are fake.Any providers or clients out there who have had similar fake reviews?

Contact TER admin, maybe they will be able to help.  I'm sure some others will chime in with more detailed steps, but thats my novice answer.

And state the facts. If they are verifiably fake TER will remove them.

It is difficult enough to get a single fake review removed so you will have very little chance of getting 3 removed. Also of the 3 two are clients who have several reviews, so the burden on you is pretty steep. If you are you claiming that you never met them at all, you could try sending a PM to each of them asking for details such as date, time, location. If they don't reply, then you might have a shot in convincing TER that they are fake.
