I've seen several ads when the provider lists VIP next to her highest price.  Does that mean it will be GFE?  Or is something else?

For example... I've seen where a FBSM gal will offer VIP for a higher donation, which usually indicates FS.  

Not actually meaningless but it can mean what ever she wants it to mean. Don't put much stock in it....YMMV.

The only time I heard a provider use that term, it was in relation to another provider she knows whom I was going to see for the first time in the near future.  We were joking around and I said something like, "I hope you put in a good word for me," and she replied, "Don't worry, I told her you're a VIP."  Not exactly sure what she meant by that, but I do know I had a wonderful first date with that other provider.
