So I realize I'm new here.  I'm a member of p411 and I booked an appt with a provider a week in advance through p411 recently.  This provider had a number of good reviews on this site and one other but almost 9 months old.  There was no personal website however.

After setting up appointment, I did research on the phone number.  The phone number was assigned to a male individual in the hometown of the provider.  Upon further research this male has a criminal history that is easily found with a simple google search.

Sooooo, I cancelled my appt.  I was polite and did not discuss details.

My question is whether or not I should put emphasis on the phone number or was I wise in stepping away?

Thank

I think you did the right thing if you found questionable information. The only thing I suggest is that do your research before making the appointment so you don't waste your time or hers, and end up with a reputation as someone who books but doesn't follow through.

Yeah I think I realized that a little too late.  I felt guilty about it so I'll have to be more careful next time so I don't get a bad reputation.  This girl may be ok but I'm not seasoned enough yet to tell I don't think.

Lesson learned

Actually that is the best move that you made. A lot of times, many providers recycle the numbers many times. When you think it is the provider, it could be another girl or the pimp itself.
