Were your reviews the first for a new provider? Often a first time reviewer, reviewing an unreviewed provider, will have the review held as an attept to prevent a provider from self-reviewing or a pimp writing a good review for his ripoff lady.
If you are following the review guide lines and reviewing an established lady you shouldn't have any problem.

Go to my TER then click on My Reviews.  It should show a reason.  You can try resubmitting up to 90 days...  if the ad link still works.  If you've paid, you'll still get the credit.
