can providers read the "juicy details" part of reviews?
... they can read their own full reviews with limited VIP, which they get when their handle is linked to their profile. But to read full reviews for other providers they need full VIP.

A provider can purchase the full VIP if they choose. Many do purchase the full VIP so they have access to everything on TER. This of course enables them to read the juicy details of any reviews. Some have stated here they read the reviews of potential clients in order to know what the client likes. A provider that doesn't have the free limited Provider VIP or the paid full VIP can't read the juicy details.Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined.
