Newbie - FAQ

ATTENTION NEWBIES: Please read the board a bit before asking a question

The archives of this board contain a wealth of information. Please use the SEARCH feature to research before asking your question. A number of ladies and gents come back here every day to answer your questions. I don't blame them for getting frustrated if the same basic questions com up over and over again. Often the question has been answered half way down the first page.

If you post a question and I don't approve the post, it's probably because IMHO you made no effort to find the answer to a question that has been answered MANY, MANY times before.

Thanks for understanding.

This link title should be easier to find in a search of the board archives.

What The F$$k You Pain In The A$$ - End OF Message

If you're a newbie, you should realize that EOM = End OF Message and there is no reason to click on that thread.  If you're not a newbie, don't you feel foolish reading this?

As a NON-newbie, you should realize that many of us click on even the EOM messages so they show up in our brower as being read.

Why so judgemental?

Hi bikebryan, this message if for you!  BTW, what exactly is a "brower" anyway?  Oh, sorry, there I go being judgemental again.

Anyone able to tell me what SOS means?  This one's got me stumped, and I'm not even a newbie :)
